History of the Fiat 126
The Fiat 126 is part of a long line of micro cars produced by the Fiat Motor Company. All of these cars were designed to be simple transport with no
pretensions to anything else. Fiat are one of the few manufacturers who have always had a tiny car in their model range from early days right up to the current time. The 126 story is really two stories, that of the car's inception and production by Fiat in Italy, and the parallel, phenomenally successful story, of the car in Poland.
